Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in evidence-based treatments for adults. My practice is informed by science and is also individualized for your unique needs and goals.
Making changes can be hard, and I am here to support, encourage, challenge, and empower you throughout the process. I am a weight- and body-inclusive, and culturally sensitive and affirming practitioner.
I have particular expertise in working with individuals with eating disorders and body dissatisfaction, helping people free themselves from unhelpful cycles, thoughts, and patterns. I also specialize in anxiety, sleep difficulties, women's health and flourishing through the menopausal transition, coping with stress and life changes, perfectionism, and depression.
I practice cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), including CBT for insomnia (CBT-I) and eating disorders (CBT-E), and acceptance-and commitment therapy (ACT). I also frequently integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into my work.
